Jack Selden, a partner in the Government Enforcement and Investigations, Litigation and Healthcare practice groups, has practiced law for almost 40 years. Previously he served both as the United States Attorney and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama. Over the past 25 years, he has been extensively involved in defending clients in federal False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation, as well as white-collar federal grand jury investigations and prosecutions.
